As Director of Operations, Cyleigh leads organizational operations and cross-functional initiatives that support the foundation’s mission to advance microbiome research and improve patient access to life-changing therapies. She oversees accounting, people operations, and grant administration to ensure programs are executed efficiently, transparently, and with lasting impact.

Cyleigh brings a strong background in operations, finance, and project management across mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining OpenBiome, she held roles at Social Finance, New Profit, and UPMC, contributing to initiatives focused on health equity, innovation, and social impact. Her experience allows her to build practical systems and processes that help organizations grow while staying grounded in their values.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and is known for her collaborative leadership style, thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and commitment to strengthening organizations that serve the public good.
